Geoff joined the company in 1995 as Production Manager at our Elgin plant and worked his way up the ranks becoming Managing Director in 2003. In 2017, Geoff switched role becoming Development Director, a move which allows him to concentrate his time on specific projects but also develop a business interest outwith the company. Originally from New Zealand Geoff is a Metallurgical Engineer and has worked in steel making, silicon smelting and alumina refining before entering the galvanizing industry. In addition to his degree in metallurgy, Geoff gained an MBA from Aberdeen in 2004. During his spare time Geoff likes to sail the west coast but with a fair wind has been known to go as far as St Kilda, Ireland and the Orkney Isles.
