The last 20 years has seen the Gorbals area of Glasgow be transformed from an inner city slum to vibrant, community focussed suburb that sets the standard for other city regeneration projects.
One of the latest projects to be completed is in Laurieston where a £24m redevelopment has transformed the cityscape.
The design updates the traditional Glasgow tenement by introducing greenery and outdoor spaces. Key to this design are the Colourgalv coated balconies which enable the residents to make the most of the sun, when it shines! The bespoke colour selected for the balconies was manufactured to complement the colour and texture of the brick façade.
