Last month in an effort to provide a faster service for our customers by not having everyone in the same queue we introduced a two lane system , one lane for Collections and the other for Drop Offs only.
The Booking In cabin has been relocated to the corner of the site which is nearer, and in sight of the customer queuing area so that our staff are more visible.
In making these changes we will reduce waiting times for loading and unloading and improve Health & Safety Performance in the workplace.
